Nine months in, Wimp is basically a baby company learning to walk, drooling a little, wobbling a lot. It’s just me and Liam, building this thing the slow way: no flashy ads, no funnel sorcery, no over-caffeineated hustle cult. We want this to actually support our families
and leave space for burnt pancake weekends with our kids, date nights with our wives, and the occasional “holy crap I’m traveling in Japan” vacation.
That doesn’t mean it’s easy. I catch myself comparing Wimp to big companies sprinting ahead with VC money, but then I remember: we’re growing like our coffee, very decaffeinated. Slow. Clean. Methodical. Through this newsletter, through real people sharing it because they care, not because an algorithm banging on their eyeballs.
If you’re here, maybe you’re craving the same shift: less hurry, more intention, less anxiety. I’d love to hear your story. Why you’re rethinking caffeine, or hustle, or both.
Above is the artist
Loana Pioaru. Her work is intentionally slow, handmade, and the time it takes and the skill with which she moves, is the value of her work. She's inspiring me today. Thx Loana.
