When I first sat down with Nick from FRAHM, we didn’t start by talking about jackets or accessories.

We spoke about the craft. About the beauty of functional engineering in design. About what defines British design how the UK still has pockets of world-class manufacturing, quiet workshops where machines hum, hands work with precision, and nothing leaves the bench unless it’s right.

The Wingback × FRAHM Workshop Collection grew out of that conversation.

Two small teams, both obsessed with making stuff that lasts. FRAHM, with years of experience designing exceptional jackets for all environments, and Wingback, with our love for machined metal, natural leather and the marrying of technical engineering with traditional craft. Different disciplines, same philosophy: design with a simple intent, make with precision, and let the product speak for itself.

It’s a slow way to work, and it’s certainly not the cheapest, but it’s the most rewarding, because each piece carries a story of the artisans who made it, the materials they chose, and the standards they refused to lower.

That’s something worth preserving, and was the goal for our first clothing collaboration. A collaboration built on shared values and a love of the details, the Wingback x FRAHM Collection is tough, beautiful and ruggedly luxurious.

Waxed cotton from Scotland, CNC machined metal, hand made leather detailing and accessories with a bit of kevlar and moleskin added for strength and comfort.

It’s made an excellent collaboration if I say so myself, and I’ll be proud to be wearing our jacket in 30 years time.
