Whether you’re looking to grow your confidence, gain new perspectives, or give back to the next generation of women in STEM, this program is designed to support meaningful, one-on-one connections. Mentees gain guidance and insight to help navigate their career journey, while mentors have the opportunity to share their experience, build leadership skills, and make a real impact.
