Your Moderator Iyari Cevallos has over 15 years of global experience managing unique and complex engagements in the resource, banking, telco, energy and tourism sectors. She has a proven record of delivery in operational performance, digital transformation change, governance and risk management in both the public and private sectors. As a passionate leader in fast paced and evolving environments, she has been fundamental in influencing and leading positive change, contributing to a more equitable, just and sustainable society. Our panel Jacqueline Teo CIO of Compare the Market has 20+ years shaping global tech landscapes as a Global CIO & CDO, driving AI-powered innovation and digital transformation. She has a track record of achieving growth, revenue and employee uplift. With a consulting background plus ~20 years as a C-Level Executive (CIO & CDO) in complex global organizations she brings excellent commercial acumen, integrity-based stakeholder management, high EQ collaboration skills, and the ability to produce sustainable results, future focused architectures that deliver rapid scale and operational efficiency. Jacqueline has led end to end IT and data since 2006 including application development, full stack engineering, integration technologies, infrastructure, corporate networks, cloud, cybersecurity, risk & compliance, 24 x 7 global IT services, 24 x 7 global customer operations, product development. Data - data engineering-AI & ML, Data Ops, data analytics and scientists. data governance and change. She is strong in enabling organisation change - centralised, shared services of divisional IT models, large scale employee digital experience & ERP (Finance, HR/HCM, Supply Chain, Procurement) and brings technical expertise in M&A across technology & technical services due diligence, post-acquisition integration, carve outs and divestures; IT assets and employee consolidation, redesign cybersecurity and organisation design on a global scale. Led several significant M&As (accelerate value creation, preserve value, and capture synergies during post-merger integrations or divestiture - build & operate, build & exit, build and scale). Jacqueline has also lead multiple innovation teams since 2014 to identify, assess, incubate, deploy/commercialise new products, new business models, emerging technologies such as AI, to grow new streams of revenue/diversify and is recipient of multiple awards and widely recognized as a leader of industry wide change.  Leigh Williams is currently the CIO of Brisbane Catholic Education, overseeing all digital, information and IT infrastructure for hundreds of locations and over 13,000 staff. As a passionate, published researcher and advocator in digital innovation and education, Leigh has led keynotes and workshops around the world on digital transformation. Leigh has experience in both state and national representative and advisory groups and has led state and national digital transformation programs and provides professional mentorship to early-career women in IT. She holds multiple post-graduate qualifications in Education, IT, Leadership, Management, Business and has completed study with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  Kate vanderVoort is Founder and CEO of Social Mediology and the AI Success Lab and host of the AI Grapple Podcast. She is a digital strategy expert with over 30 yrs experience in online and offline marketing and business development. For 15 years she has specialised in growing and activating online customer communities on social media and more recently, works with companies to integrate AI into their marketing and business operations. Kate is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and coach who has worked with more than 3000 companies across various industries. She holds a Cert IV in workplace training, a degree in social work, and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Company Directors Course. Kate was named a Community Digital Champion by the Queensland State Government and was one of just 5 Global Trainers with Facebook in the launch of their Community Manager Certification Program. She is passionate about the intersection between humanity and technology and helping people to navigate the challenges and opportunities that are ahead.
