What our Mentors say:

"It improved my communication skills. I wanted to expand my empathy and understand how I can help people in a different way. Not just in a formal context (at work) but build rapport and create a safe environment for someone to grow in.

"It has been a great experience. I really enjoyed how interactive the organisers have made this with ongoing support and opportunities to ask questions."

What our Mentees say:

"Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect. I have done mentoring programs before and haven't really got a lot out of it. This was different, I think largely due to the mentor that I was matched with who was brilliant."

"It has definitely helped put me on the path to my goals and helped me clarify what they are."
