New in WooCommerce 10.9

WooCommerce 10.9 is out now. Here are a few quick highlights:

• Transactional email logging is now built-in, making it faster and simpler to troubleshoot order emails. Head to Status > Logs, click on the order, and click on the Additional context arrow to reveal the status.
• Product variation image galleries are now in beta and ready to test — no extra extension required. This experimental feature is initially off by default; activate it by heading to Settings > Advanced > Features and selecting the Variation gallery checkbox.
• Color swatches and visual attributes is another experimental feature removing the need for a dedicated extension, also now in beta. When the Color/Image attribute is used, Filter by Attribute and Variation Selector blocks will display a color swatch or pattern image of your choice.

Bite-sized updates

• The Woo mobile app now delivers push notifications without needing the Jetpack plugin or a connected WordPress.com account, starting with WooCommerce 10.9. It also adds customizable stock alert notifications to help you manage your business on the go.
• Running a store means a lot of recurring work. WooAgent is an open-source, locally hosted AI layer for delegating common tasks. It proposes helpful actions that you approve before anything runs — human-in-the-loop automation. While it's still in the early stages, we'd love you to test it out, Andrew.
• Jetpack Search 7.0 adds product-aware filters (price range, stock status, rating, size, colour, and more). Search results display as product cards showing images, prices, and other attributes. No custom code or developer needed!
