It breaks my heart to hear words like this, Email:
“We fled wherever we were able to … there is nowhere to sit or sleep. I beg you, if you can help us find a home,” says a Lebanese mother, now displaced after fleeing violence.
In the middle of the night, she gathered her children, her husband, her brother and her own mother — who has diabetes and nerve issues — and ran.
Their story is only one among many.
Despite a temporary ceasefire, the Middle East remains under immense strain. Families continue to be uprooted, shelters are overwhelmed and essential resources are stretched beyond capacity.
With needs mounting across the region, together, we are coordinating emergency relief for displaced families, with local church congregations identifying at-risk households, mobilizing volunteers and ensuring assistance reaches people with efficiency.
This strategic and focused response in Lebanon has positioned us for the greatest impact.
