Here are some of our favorite ways to focus better and accomplish your dreams with Opal.
1. Improve your focus at work
Add Work Hours from the Session tabs to block out the most distracting apps and websites Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (fully customizable).
2. Get deep work done (without fail)
Use Deep Focus to remove distracting apps and websites with no ability to cancel or bypass the timer. Commit, and stay the course!
3. Save hours each day (and keep track)
Get 2 hours back per day on average. Score gives you real-time feedback on your Focus. In Settings, open Focus Report for daily and weekly reports. Don't forget to celebrate your progress!
4. Wind down and recharge
In your off time, schedule Sessions to remove work, social and news apps so you can spend time with family, pursue a hobby or dream, or simply wind down (really).
5. Sleep better, more consistently
Science shows you should power screens down at least 1 hour before sleep. Enforce this with our Sleep schedule, so you don't have to remember.
