We admire how much you cheer on your team. Could you share a bit on how you inspire others to take action? 

I like to remind people that it’s okay to build the plane as you fly it. I don’t believe in waiting to be “ready” — I advise everyone to just go for it. I constantly tell the women in my life to trust themselves.

Part of your role as a leader is to foster an enjoyable and inclusive work environment. How do you make sure everyone feels safe and seen? 

I strive to lead by example. While I would never pretend to be perfect, I do make an effort to work as hard as I expect others to, and try to exercise courage by welcoming open dialogue and authenticity in every conversation.
