Not your typical braai, though…with our new Wagyu Experience on offer, beyond is taking the humble braai to new heights.


Teaming up with Ken Forrester’s Cape Wagyu for the supply of premium, SA-reared wagyu beef, beyond’s Wagyu Experience begins with the arrival of a butcher’s selection box at your table and results in a dish that pays tribute to this deluxe meat. Grilled over traditional Japanese Binchotan charcoal, your chosen cut will be paired with a selection of reimagined classics like triple-cooked, fermented chips with dill hollandaise and garlic- sautéed wild radish tops harvested right here on the farm. Teamed with a crisp glass of Buitenverwachting’s finest wine and the miraculous capabilities of our trusty generator, we’ve got lunch and dinner covered for the loadshedding season.
