Exit safely
|
|
Before you get out of the vehicle, the Waymo Driver will make sure the path is clear of any approaching cyclists or other vehicles. If it’s not, we’ll notify you on the in-car screen and via an audio notification.

Support when you need it
|
|
Looking for assistance? Simply tap “get help” in the app or in-car screen to speak with one of our team members. And if you need to call or text 911 at any point, you can do so through the Waymo One app.

|
|
Request a pull over
|
|
Press the “Pull over” button if you need to end your ride early. The Waymo Driver will find the next safe place to pull over so you can exit.
