| During busy times, like nights and weekends, car availability is lower and ride
prices may be higher to help manage the influx of trips. The prime time to catch
a ride with us is on weekdays, whether you’re commuting, running errands, or grabbing
lunch. |

| Tips for riding with Waymo |

| Tell us where you want to go |
| Waymo One is available 24/7. To hail a ride, enter your destination in the app,
and we’ll automatically select safe spots to pick you up and drop you off. If you
want to change your pickup or dropoff, just tap the edit button. |

| Hop in the vehicle |
| The Waymo One app will let you know when your car is ready. You can unlock the
doors from the app, and you’re welcome to store belongings in the trunk. Our vehicles
can accommodate up to four riders between the front passenger seat and back row,
and please bring your own car seat if needed. |

| Enjoy the ride! |
| Once you hit “Start Ride,” you can follow along with what the Waymo Driver sees
and the route it’s taking on the passenger screen. You’ll also find features like
music and a “Help” button to contact Rider Support if you have any questions along
