Building an email design system usually means weeks of screenshots, spreadsheets, and rebuilding every module by hand in Figma, then rebuilding it all again in HTML. In this 55-minute live session, Email Love co-founders Andy King and Matt Hayes build a complete email design system for Movember using Claude, Figma, and Email Love.

They pull Movember’s real emails from emaillove.com with the Email Love MCP, run a migration audit that catalogs every module, color, font, and spacing value, and then have Claude build a documented Figma design system with 33 modules across eight component categories. From there they build an email from the design system, sync the components to the Email Love Figma plugin, and export to Iterable.
