Where they differ.

Can I bring my existing emails with me?

Emailify builds emails from its own layer types: an email frame, rows, columns, and components that use Auto Layout. Its docs say designs made outside the plugin are not supported and need to be rebuilt, and other Figma layers inside an email export as images.

Email Love also uses its own format, but you do not have to rebuild your existing emails by hand before you start. AI Import converts a screenshot, an image, or an existing Figma design into an editable Email Love frame, and it is included on every plan. For a full library, an AI-assisted workflow in Claude or Codex audits your repeated modules and builds a reusable design system. Emailify is a Figma plugin for designing emails and exporting them. Emails are built in Figma, and we could not find a separate editor for marketers as of September 2026.

Email Love covers more of the production workflow. Designers maintain the approved components in Figma. Each component is mapped into Email Love Builder, where marketers build campaigns in a drag-and-drop editor without opening Figma, and the finished email goes to your ESP. Say your brand changes the primary button from a 6px corner radius to 12px. In Emailify, the button is a component in your Figma file, so the change updates the emails that use it in Figma. Each email is then exported again, and for Klaviyo, updatable templates replace the existing template.

In Email Love, the button is a component in your email design system in Figma, so the change updates every email that uses it in Figma. With updatable templates on, re-exporting an email updates the existing template in your ESP instead of creating a copy. If your marketers use Email Love Builder, a re-sync brings the new button to every template that uses it.
