We re-build up to 5 of your existing templates in Figma as live HTML text, not flattened images. Duplicates get cleaned up along the way.
We turn your brand into a layered email design system in Figma with up to 50 components: your fonts, colours and spacing as global styles, and every module an Auto Layout component your designers can actually use.
Then we set your team up, so your next campaign goes out from Email Love, not the old tool.

Once you’ve filled out the form below, we’ll book a scoping call to go through your setup, agree what’s in scope, answer any questions and set expectations for completion.
We go through your current templates and Figma files and send back a migration report: every module listed, duplicates merged, and each one marked as ready to convert or needing a decision.
We lock your brand foundations (fonts, colours, spacing, buttons) before any module is built, so everything downstream stays consistent.
We convert your modules in batches. You review each batch in Figma before we move on, so nothing drifts from your brand.
We connect Email Love to your ESP, set up your seats and image hosting, and send test emails to check rendering.
We train your team and build your first campaign with you. Then it’s yours.
Keep your current builder running for about a month alongside Email Love, so everything is synced, reviewed and signed off before you switch.
We run a limited number of migrations at a time, so booking your spot early matters. How long yours takes depends on how many templates, modules and brands you have.
After your scoping call we’ll give you a start date and a close date, typically 2 to 4 weeks from the start. Larger systems (roughly 50+ modules or 3+ brands) are scoped individually, and we may ask for a bit more of your team’s time to hit the date.
One last thing: if you’ve got a rebrand, a big launch or peak trading coming up, tell us. Migrations need your team for reviews, so we’ll plan around your quiet weeks, not your Black Friday.
