Email Inspiration from West Elm
Texture does the selling, with macro crops of woven rugs filling each module so the jute and wool read almost tactile on screen. Framing the send as ‘A Closer Look at Patterned Rugs’ positions it as a guide rather than a catalog, and the short benefit lines beside each swatch keep it from sliding into spec-sheet territory. A muted, earthy palette holds the grid together even as the patterns shift. Shooting product this close turns a routine category email into something that feels considered.
