Overview
Zapier connects apps with automated workflows called Zaps. The Email Love Figma plugin sends each email you export to a Webhooks by Zapier trigger, so your Zap can pass it to any other app.

What it does
- Sends each email frame to your Zapier webhook as its own request.
- Passes the email’s name, subject line, preheader and HTML to your Zap.
- Adds custom headers and extra JSON fields, if you set them.
- Connects to any Zapier action, for example a Gmail draft, a Google Sheets row or a Slack message.
How to send Figma emails to Zapier
In Zapier, create a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier > Catch Hook and copy the webhook URL.
In the plugin, choose Zapier, paste the URL, name the connection and save it.
Click Export to Zapier once, then test the trigger in Zapier.
Add your actions and turn the Zap on.
Email Love Builder and Zapier
Email Love Builder can send emails to Zapier too, so templates your marketers build from your approved components start the same workflows.
Each component in the Builder is mapped to its Figma component, so your designers update it in Figma and re-sync it. See Email Love Builder.
Good to know
- Leave Pick off a Child Key blank in the Catch Hook. The data arrives as flat JSON.
- Each export uses one Zapier task for each step in your Zap.
