Postmark is an email delivery service for transactional and broadcast email, part of ActiveCampaign. The Email Love Figma plugin connects to a Postmark server by API and exports the email you designed in Figma as a template.

What it does
- Creates a standalone HTML template, with a plain-text version generated for you.
- Uses the Figma frame name as the template alias.
- Adds the subject line you set in the export panel.
- Converts your unsubscribe link to Postmark’s unsubscribe tag.
How to export from Figma to Postmark
In Postmark, open the server you want and copy its Server Token from the API Tokens tab. Each server has its own token.
In the plugin, choose Postmark, paste the token, name the connection and save it.
Select your email frame and click Export.
Find the template under Templates on that Postmark server.
Email Love Builder and Postmark
Email Love Builder exports to Postmark too. Your marketers build emails from your approved components in the drag-and-drop editor, without opening Figma, and export them to the same Postmark account.
Each component in the Builder is mapped to its Figma component, so your designers update it in Figma and re-sync it. See Email Love Builder.
Good to know
- The template does not use Postmark’s shared layouts, so build your header and footer into the Figma frame.
- Send it from your app with Postmark’s
/email/withTemplateAPI. - Add an Email Love Footer with an unsubscribe link before you export.
