Emarsys is SAP’s customer engagement platform. The Email Love Figma plugin connects to your Emarsys account by API and exports the email you designed in Figma as a new email, with the date added to its name.

What it does
- Creates a new email in Emarsys, with the date added to its name.
- Uses the sender name, sender email, email category and contact list you enter in the plugin.
How to export from Figma to Emarsys
Gather your Emarsys API username, API secret, email category ID and contact list ID.
In the plugin, choose Emarsys and enter them, with your sender name and sender email.
Name the connection and click Set API Key.
Select your email frame and click Export. A new email appears in Emarsys.
Email Love Builder and Emarsys
Email Love Builder exports to Emarsys too. Your marketers build emails from your approved components in the drag-and-drop editor, without opening Figma, and export them to the same Emarsys account.
Each component in the Builder is mapped to its Figma component, so your designers update it in Figma and re-sync it. See Email Love Builder.
Good to know
- The Emarsys API does not allow changes to an email after it is created, so every export creates a new email.
- The email category ID and contact list ID must be valid numbers from your account, or the export fails validation.
