MailerLite is an email marketing platform. The Email Love Figma plugin connects to your MailerLite account by API and exports the email you designed in Figma as a draft campaign, named after the Figma frame.

What it does
- Creates a draft campaign in MailerLite, named after the Figma frame.
- Works with the current MailerLite and with MailerLite Classic.
- Updates the same draft when you export again with Enable Updatable Templates turned on. A campaign that is already sent or scheduled gets a new draft instead.
How to export from Figma to MailerLite
In MailerLite, open Integrations > API and generate a token. In MailerLite Classic, use Integrations > Developer API.
In the plugin, choose MailerLite or MailerLite Classic, paste the key, name it and save it.
Turn on Enable Updatable Templates if you want later exports to update the same draft.
Select your email frame and click Export.
Open Campaigns > Drafts and add the subject, recipients and send settings.
Email Love Builder and MailerLite
Email Love Builder exports to MailerLite too. Your marketers build emails from your approved components in the drag-and-drop editor, without opening Figma, and export them to the same MailerLite account.
Each component in the Builder is mapped to its Figma component, so your designers update it in Figma and re-sync it. See Email Love Builder.
Good to know
- MailerLite and MailerLite Classic keys are not interchangeable.
- MailerLite needs a verified sending domain before you can send.
- Add an Email Love Footer with an unsubscribe link before you export.
